Thoughts: I loved Aki's outsider's perspective of the Sakura/Eron/Syaoran drama.

I don't remember why Arima is being so aloof in the relationship. It's as if she doesn't want her and Asuma to hold each other back or something.

For those of you who also forgot, Arima was being blackmailed by the yakuza! I have no recollection of this at all.

I love how Kai has a sleek back touch phone. Technology has really advanced since the Arc 1 flip handphones which was cutting edge in the late nineties.

Even though Sakura doesn't rely on all her Cards when capturing dark forces, I still miss having them around. I can't believe that both Wish-chan and CLAMP came up with the Syaoran-steals-Sakura's Cards plotline.

While the Alliance vs Yakuza blue and black outfits might be too hard to draw, Tomoyo's black and red racecourse outfits for the Alliance might be doable. I'll add it to the list right after the snapshot of Touya and Syaoran high-fiving during a soccer game from Chapter 65.

Three days after Asuma's accident, S&S goes to visit and finds Arima in the same dress that she wore to the race. It's really touching to know that she literally did not leave his side.

Leiyun tells Sakura that being Clow's successor is more that just magic card tricks but about her really delving into her craft. I wonder if this is what fuels her to figure out how to pull off the April Fools Massacre to come.

I didn't think too much of the first couple of subtitles in this chapter since "Moon rising" and "Moon wanes" is rather abstract. But Part III is subtitled "Lost Forever" and I don't think I ever backtracked enough to connect it with Asuma's injury. Now that I'm summarizing the chapter, understanding the subtitle is like experiencing his pain all over again.

Oh my gosh, that scene with Miho, Taoka (the Orange Tiger) and overprotective Kai was so hilarious! I've pretty much blocked the whole third part of this chapter from my mind! “If you lay a hand on my little sister, I’m going to slice off Taoka-junior and feed it to your hound dogs.” Oh my, how graphic, Wish-chan!

Miara and Keisuke gushing over the Kaitou Magician after Kai revealed his secret was absolutely adorable. We get to learn so many wonderful facts about their past that wouldn't have come up any other way.

I honestly forgot how beautiful the reunion scene was written. It's been so long that I revisited this chapter that despite already knowing what was going to happen, it was still like experiencing it for the first time.

What? The Pride is sealed in this chapter?! What a pesky dark force! Now that I think about it, the last we saw of this Dark Force was when it detached itself from Kinomoto Fujishinto yet Sakura could not seal it.

In Wish-chan's author's note, she said that the title was misleading. I beg to differ since this is when Sakura finally learns about the sacrifice that Syaoran made to save her life a year ago.

Fanart spotlight: There are many lovely fanarts featuring S&S's reconciliation, but my favourite is Selenity's Reunion of Hearts. Sakura's pink dress and Syaoran's green umbrella complement one another well and it must have been tricky to achieve the drench effect!
